Toys would be great! He has Border Collie coloring and a hounds lanky body and long ears. He will likely be about 40 45 pounds when he is fully grown. Joey and all of our dogs over 12 weeks have been spayed/neutered; all vaccines current to date. Housetrained? Yes but you have to open the door. Joey is living in an inside kennel with a dog door to the outside. All dogs need to learn a new routine in a new home and how to communicate with that powerful person who can open the door. Just remember your dog can only be as housetrained as you are. For your dog to be successful: use a crate, go out with your dog, praise right action, and expect more of yourself than you do of your dog. Housetraining tips are in your adoption packet. Adoption Fees and Payment Plans: We take credit cards and checks. Payments can be arranged with a credit card. As with all of our adoptions, we know it is hard to get married on a blind date... even to a wonderful pup. We will take our dog back during the first week and give you a full refund. After that, we will take your dog back but your adoption is a tax deductible donation to a great cause. To hold a pup past the first possible delivery date, we ask for a $50 non-refundable deposit.
